I've always wanted a version of Phèdre's marque on my back since I was like 16 and I first read Kushiel's Dart back in 2001. Unfortunately, I never quite liked the book's version and I thought my own should be a bit more individualised, as marques should be, yes? I've spent a couple of hours designing this for my own personal use. The image itself was made in Photoshop CS2 with vectors from GoMedia ([link]) severely edited and rotated and blah blah yada yada voila, there it is. Sadly, I heard that it probably will be difficult for a tattoo artist to re-duplicate computer-designed tattoos. We shall have to see. |

If you want to use it for something graphics-related (like for a character profile or something), then go ahead as long as you credit Kaeleers-Heart @ DA and let me know in comments... but I just don't want people getting that version tattooed on their back since I designed it specifically for myself.
